Despite the barrage of information on the perils of drinking driving, young adults are still dying and suffering catastrophic life changing injuries. Joe Rhea takes his own personal tragedy of spinal cord injury and weaves it into this powerful presentation unlike any other program. Brain and spinal cord injuries are the highest among young adults, and car crashes are the leading cause.

On September 11th, 1984 while playing football Joe Rhea broke a cardinal rule when he lowered his head to make a tackle and broke his neck, leaving him paralyzed from the neck down. Rhea was told he needed to "be prepared to use a wheelchair the rest of his life." Considered by many to be a medical miracle. But the real story is not his recovery, but rather what it has taught him about life.
