Racer Resurrection
I’ve been riding motorcycles since the 1980s. When I started, I realized quickly my preferences ran more to going fast than anything else. After more than 20 years of racing and track days, however, my life took a turn for the worse and I had to stop and deal with a rollercoaster of divorce, disease, death, and addiction. I stopped in 2008. In 2020, as I approached my 50th birthday, I made one decision. I was going to race a motorcycle again. That one decision has changed my outlook on life, and my circumstances. I’m now a successful business owner and have almost completed my first season of motorcycle racing. When everything seemed like it was ending, I found a new beginning.
