In organizations, in corporations, In schools, in communities and our government, a good many of our leaders fail because they forget a simple truth. Leadership is not about them; it is about creating a community of followers and moving them toward a common goal. In this presentation, The Authentic Leader, John guides the participants towards a new type of leadership - the authentic leader; one who is not perfect but believes in the cause of the community of followers and builds a vision towards better outcomes for all.
