Jon Wolske is passionate about service, and rock and roll. Jon has worked in customer service, sales, training, manufacturing and show production before finding a home for over 9 years at Zappos. After starting in the Customer Loyalty Team and a brief stint with the Zappos New Hire Training team, Jon joined Zappos Insights to create a tour experience for visitors. In a little over a year’s time, Zappos tours were averaging over 1300 guests who came to see the Zappos culture in action each month.
Jon has facilitated training events with executives, managers and team members from a wide range of industries and companies who have come to the Las Vegas headquarters to experience the Zappos WOW.
Jon uses his life experience and nine years in the Zappos Family to speak with a focus on culture, customer experiences, branding and their importance in business today. Jon enjoys tailoring presentations to suit the needs of the group/industry he is addressing to make each talk insightful and inspiring. Over the past six years, Jon has presented at meetings and conferences for companies from around the world, including Microsoft, Humana, Bath & Body Works, Aetna, Merck, Samsung Electronics, Eli Lilly and AOL. Jon gave his first TED talk at TEDxLoyolaMarymountU in April of 2013!
