Julie Shore has spent the majority of her career focused on building, managing and implementing employee infrastructure and processes for her clients as well as recruiting, coaching, and developing employees to maximize their contributions. She believes organizational leadership and employees alike want to succeed and is a firm believer in playing to strengths- to bring out the best in both even when navigating the often tricky issues that arise. No matter the industry or size of the organization, this has been Julie’s passion and focus. Julie has earned the reputation as a solution-oriented, trusted adviser of best practices in recruiting, career development, and talent management.
Julie earned her Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Since 2013, Julie has been s a Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM-SCP) and has been a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant since 2016. Julie is also a national member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), Human Resource Professionals of Central PA, the National Career Development Association (NCDA) and the Central PA Chapter of Association of Talent Development (ATD).
Julie began her career at PHICO Insurance Company as a compensation analyst and then moved into various roles in Human Resources at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC) progressing from associate to local and regional management positions. For the past 18 years, Julie’s strong foundation in Human Resources Management has enabled her to easily partner with leaders and organizations to hire, build and develop teams and individuals with ideal synergy. Julie has served clients in more than 15 industries including: non-profit, financial services, legal, manufacturing, accounting, professional associations, marketing, healthcare and more. She has successfully recruited and filled roles from the VP level to the administrative level.
Julie has facilitated numerous workshops and training sessions around the country for various audiences on national stages in Las Vegas, Kansas City, Chicago, Tempe, Buffalo, Nashville, Orlando, Tulsa and San Diego. Julie enjoys and believes in taking an active role in the community. She is an active volunteer at St. Theresa Parish and School as well as Trinity High School in Southcentral Pennsylvania.
