This is a complete and unique learning system that lasts 5 months and is 100% directed to middle and senior management. It is provided in a workshop format.

It helps to understand and develop leadership skills from the detection of personal strengths and type of leadership to potentiate the resources of a group and meet the goals and objectives through Neuro-Leadership. In this workshop, various approaches are used that are guided with the work team and provides a space for readjustment of leadership parts to improve Decision making.

Designed to provide key tools for detecting and correcting erroneous thinking courses in personal and / or professional applications under the 4 principles BE WELL, DO WELL; BEING WELL AND HAVE WELL. Gestalt, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Ontology tools are used, among others.
