Bio

Over 20 years of extensive and proven experience in the fields of International Business, International Trade, Public Relations, International Marketing, International Relations, Senior Management and Strategic Planning. My multidisciplinary experience gives me the ability to combine diverse techniques from various branches of knowledge to integrate them into a single methodology of my own. I am an active professor in related subjects for undergraduate and master's degrees under a face-to-face and virtual scheme in some universities in Mexico. I am a keynote speaker at a national and international level giving presentations in English and Spanish. I have been a regular contributor to Radio an TV. I am the owner and CEO of Enlace Corporativo a consulting firm for international businesses; I´m also a professional trainer and Coach.

Kempo Management System (KMS)

Through the use of a martial art that combines ancient techniques with modern scientific principles of fighting, participants understand the 5 basic principles of management in an experiential way via the development of their respective soft skills (Assertive Communication, Emotional Communication, storytelling, work as a team, time management, stress management, emotional intelligence, leadership, decision making, awareness, change management, resilience and conflict resolution). This is a complete and unique learning system that lasts 5 months and is 100% directed to middle and senior management. It is provided in a workshop format.

Leadership

It helps to understand and develop leadership skills from the detection of personal strengths and type of leadership to potentiate the resources of a group and meet the goals and objectives through Neuro-Leadership.
