Junto was born in Gumma, Japan in June 15th 1987. He studied in Clarenceville High School, Michigan, USA for one year as an exchange student and graduate as Valedictorian in June, 2006. After Junto came back to Japan, he graduated Takasaki High School, Japan in March, 2007. When he was freshman at Keio University, Junto started Sign Language activity and performed Sign Language song in NHK Koukaku Sign Battle. Junto established Shuwa Net, a volunteer group about Sign Language, as the Representative in May, 2008. Junto decided to change his volunteer group to profitable company because he noticed that volunteer work is not enough to solve the problem so he restructured his group and established ShuR Group in November, 2008. Then Junto established ShuR NPO as Chairman and ShuR Co., Ltd as the President and CEO in November 2009. Junto was awarded the Best Business Entrepreneurship Award in GlobalTiC in August 2009. And he was also awarded in 5 other business contests in Japan. One of product of ShuR, JSL Pod Channel was awarded Good Design Award 2010 in September 2010.
Junto was selected as the Ashoka Fellow (First in East Asia), TEDxTokyo speaker(Youngest), Forbes 30Under30 (the first Japanese) in 2012.
ShuR was selected as top 300 Japanese SMEs by government in 2013.
