Kathleen Frascona is a Mediator, Developmental Coach, Author, Trainer and Keynote Speaker. She is on a mission to help individuals and businesses navigate through life, turning chaos into calm. Kathleen uses her real-world experiences to guide, educate and empower others into achieving their goals, resolve conflict and create the changes that are needed and wanted. She breathes life into her trainings and shares her personal story allowing the participants to be engaged and active throughout. Kathleen has mediated for, and coached, students, school district personnel, stay at home parents, individuals returning to the workforce and/or making a change in their career direction, entrepreneurs, as well as, small to large businesses- including a Fortune 500 company. She has created over 48 different trainings with some of her worksheets and workshops being used in other countries.
