In order to effectively implement diversity and inclusion initiatives in organizations, it is essential to understand why diversity is key to having long term success within an organization. This workshop covers historical background of diversity in the United States, provides the legal and business justifications for diversity, and lets participants engage in critical thinking while reflecting on relevant topics associated with diversity. Finally, participants will have the option of having the Inclusive Behaviors Inventory assessment conducted, which will provide personalized feedback on what they can do to engage in more inclusive behavior.
