While at American Airlines, Kenneth Carkeet was handpicked by the senior management at the flight operations department to participate in the industry-leading "Art of Flying" seminar. He also took part in the FAA-approved Advanced Qualification Program which seeks to enhance pilot training and proficiency. Mr. Kenneth Carkeet has also flew with the Marshall Service, where continued to employ Cockpit Resource Management skills. Here, Kenneth Carkeet flew the MD-80 as captain and first officer.
