Kim currently resides in Calgary Alberta with roots in Wichita Kansas. Kansas to Canada, Kim's integrity, ingenuity and resilience has been the cornerstone to her success.
Kims childhood is what she proclaims as Craptastic. This is a crappy story and the outcome is fantastic. The eldest of 4 girls, all suffered trauma and abuse by the hands of their father. Subsequent poverty and emotional upheaval.
However even as a 20 yr old bankrupt single mom, Kim knew her cornerstone would help her build a worthy future.
Moving to Las Vegas, meeting and marrying her now husband of 26 yrs, Kim moved to Canada.
Kim has over 22 years as an award winning Realtor. Working as a community expert Kim has worked to be present and accountable in her "farm" community. This focus lead to Kim achieving the top awards in both her brokerage and in the city board.
Bringing her Integrity, ingenuity and resilience cornerstone approach to her clients and her community has resulted in not a prosperous career but also civic awards for her community leadership.
Looking to expand beyond her local market and find ways to be of service and showcase the amazing stories of local Calgarians, Kim launched her next role as host and producer for variety shows on Shaw TV and CTV.
Fast forward six years , 8 seasons of local tv, one funny children's Christmas series and numerous red carpets and festivals, Kim chose to move to a north American initiative. Through Speaking and Authorship, Kim works to create an inclusive space. Encouraging people to move through their limiting beliefs, identify their community and face their fears, through her three key talks. Kim Talks Resilience, Kim Talks Real Estate community Expert and Kim Talks entrepreneurship.
