Kimberly ‘Isis’ Thomas is an Empowerment Speaker, Author, and CEO of I Hear That Girl Enterprises, LLC (IHTG), a multimedia company that provides original, uplifting content and resources for women of color.
She is the host and creator of The Dope Black Chick Podcast, a subsidiary outlet of IHTG. The Dope Black Chick Podcast positions Isis as a Thought Leader on Black Women’s Issues while providing and supporting the cause for black women to embrace the greatness of who they are.
The purpose of The Dope Black Chick podcast is to enlighten and empower black women to reveal their excellence in its most authentic form. Before founding, I Hear That Girl in 2015, Thomas worked over ten years as a successful Media Personality and Radio Executive for Urban One.
Her media expertise and communication skills have garnered her collaborations with major companies such as Essence, Urban One, and others. She is passionate about Black Women’s empowerment and discusses the real issues that women face with practical, yet fascinating wisdom. She pulls from her journey of personal growth to mentor women. Her debut book “I Hear That Girl: Life Advice For Every Sister” was inspired by the popular response of her mentees. Thomas is on a mission to build a worldwide sisterhood of amazing women.
