These past 25+ years of my career have been in corporate America within the IT and Healthcare IT industries. I have had the fantastic experience of leading at various levels within Fortune 500 companies. I’ve gone from a Help Desk Analyst to an IT Project Manager to Executive Director of Product and Program Management to Vice President of Human Resources Operations. I have also been married for 20+ years and have two great kids – one just out of college and headed to graduate school and the other about to finish high school.
As I grew and evolved in my career, I learned that I had a real gift in building meaningful relationships through connection and a real passion for coaching and mentoring others to become better leaders. My leadership skills and ability to connect with others at a personal level were key to my being able to successfully build and lead teams and drive results.
In the Fall of 2020, I joined the John Maxwell and became a certified John C Maxwell Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, as well as a certified Trainer in the John Maxwell Team DISC behavioral analysis methodology. I also decided to launch my own company, New Beginnings Leadership Coaching LLC. I now help leaders learn to lead themselves so that they are more productive, hitting their personal and professional goals, without sacrificing their personal lives.
