Kristi Nowrouzi has been in the real estate and finance industry for over 20 years. As a finance and credit expert, she teaches through speaking engagements, her podcast and trainings the important foundations of money.

She has held positions of Realtor, short sale negotiator, loan officer, banking advisor and loan modification specialist.

Kristi has a master's degree in executive management, is a Certified Credit Specialist and Certified Financial Education Instructor®. Kristi also has specialty knowledge in negotiations, real estate, and effective networking.

She lives in Florida with her husband and two dogs, enjoying writing, speaking engagements, volunteering and hanging out on the boat.
