KRISTIN SHERRY is a Career Consultant, Author, Speaker, and Founder of Virtus Career Consulting, created to help people love Mondays. She helps clients find better career fit using her proprietary YouMap® career profile, and helps individuals and teams increase their effectiveness through workshops and coaching.

She serves clients in both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors including AmerisourceBergen, Gilead Sciences, Rubbermaid, Quickie, and Goodwill Industries.

She is one of only 20 consultants world-wide certified as a Master Trainer in the WorkPlace Big Five Profile™; a human resource optimization and workforce development tool used by more than 8,000 organizations across 48 countries.

Formerly, Kristin served as a Learning & Development leader at a Fortune 20 company where she managed the company's learning strategy and coached leaders and their teams.

Her career discovery and empowerment book, Follow Your Star: Career Lessons I Learned from Mom and interviewing book 5 Surprising Steps to Land the Job NOW! were released in 2016 and 2017, respectively. Kristin is a member of The Authors Guild, and has also been featured in numerous print, radio and podcast interviews, articles, and blogs read by millions of people in dozens of countries.

Kristin speaks at career forums, such as the National Career Thought Leader Conference, and facilitates quarterly career workshops in the Charlotte, NC area. She lives in North Carolina with her husband Xander and their four children.
