Lisa Hebert is committed to helping individuals discover their greatness as they move through career transitions. She intuitively sees the story to be told and helps to weave together a compelling and distinct brand for her clients. Lisa provides strategic and tactical direction on capability assessments, résumés, LinkedIn profiles, executive bios, interviewing, and compensation negotiations.
Currently, Lisa works through her company LMH Advisors in crafting personal brand portfolios and preparing clients for all aspects of the job search process, from tackling networking to preparing for interviews, evaluating compensation packages, and potentially negotiating with employers. She utilizes her certifications as a career transition coach, employment interview professional, résumé writer, and LinkedIn branding specialist to assist her clients in their career journey. The foundation of her work is based on her experiences hiring and mentoring hundreds of people in the corporate sector and working with students as they prepare for their careers after university.
In addition to her practice, Lisa is currently assisting students at Case Western Reserve University, and Fellows enrolled in The Honor Foundation, a Marine Raider career transition program. Previously she was a Career Advisor at Washington University in St. Louis – the Olin Business School, where she worked with undergraduate and postgraduate business students, with a particular focus on consulting careers and military veterans.
Additionally, as a senior leader at Accenture, a Fortune Global 500 management consulting and professional services company, Lisa led important corporate strategy and transformation projects primarily within the retail, consumer products, and government industry. During this time, Lisa led a $400million supply chain transformation project for the United States Transportation Command. Before Accenture, Lisa led a professional services organization for a retail website development start-up company. She began her career at Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo International in various supply chain positions.
Lisa holds a BSBA from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Résumé Writer, Certified Employment Interview Professional, Nationally Certified Online Profile Expert, and a Certified Career Transition Coach. She is a member of the National Association of Résumé Writers, the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and an Authorized DISC Administrator and Behavioral Consultant.
