I work to shift people's perceptions around this topic, and share valuable insights gained from my own trauma experiences and breakthroughs. I teach that resiliency is key to successfully navigating life with more ease and joy.

Adversity is our teacher if we allow it to be. When we learn to say YES to all of our challenges and to look at those challenges with different eyes, we see the hidden gifts in every single life event. When we are empowered, we empower others. Embracing and rising above adversity makes us strong, resilient, compassionate and wise when we "get" the messages it brings us.
