Lyndsey Zhang is an experienced advisor on corporate governance for company boards around the world. She is dedicated to sharing the cultural, historical, legal and economic influences on Chinese companies’ corporate governance with the Western business community. She regularly publishes articles regarding Chinese corporate governance and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) in the U.K.’s Governance and the U.S.’ Global Finance. Her background as a CFO and VP of Strategy for Chinese companies operating in the U.S., Europe, Hong Kong and other Asian countries, and U.S. companies operating in China, Europe and other Asian countries, has positioned her to understand the challenges and opportunities of both Western and emerging markets.
Lyndsey received her Master of Science in Accountancy from Illinois State University, Master of Business in Administration with a concentration in Finance from New York Institute of Technology and Bachelor of Science in Economics from Xiamen University in China. She also completed Corporate Governance executive education at Harvard University.
As an accomplished speaker and writer on international corporate governance, her articles have been featured in international business magazines and journals whose readers include global investors, business leaders, industry experts, university professors and students.
