Maddy Anholt is an actress, comedian, writer and motivational speaker. She has been working in the industry and giving motivational speeches and talks to businesses, schools, colleges, universities for ten years.
Maddy performed her self-penned, one-woman comedy Diary of a Dating Addict at the Gilded Balloon, Edinburgh Festival Fringe, 2015 and at the Soho Theatre, where she had a full sell-out run. Her new show Herselves was nominated 'Best New Show' at the Leicester Comedy Festival, 2017. She performed it at Underbelly, Edinburgh where she was shortlisted for The Voice's 'Pick of the Fringe'.
Her new comedy pilot for BBC Radio 4 was released December 2017. She has filmed with BBC Three, BBC One, Warner Bros, Channel 5 and Sky. Most recently she filmed a role in new BBC Three sitcom, 'Jerk' and an ITV drama. She also guests on ITV's This Morning. Maddy also has a new television series in development.
