This workshop will teach participants how to engage in effective strategic planning, rooted in community collaboration and inclusive engagement and decision-making. Participants will walk away with tools, ideas, and templates for creating their own organizational strategic plans.

This session will teach participants about nonprofit board leadership, including general information about the roles of responsibilities of a nonprofit board, how to run a successful board meeting, tips for recruitment and board engagement, and a simple tool for fundraising for everyone.

This conversation is rooted in the idea that leadership is for everyone - whether you're the CEO of an organization, or a program associate. This discussion will teach participants theories about collaborate leadership, how to engage multiple stakeholders in decision making, and how to create an empowering culture where an entire team feels valued and able to share their opinions.
