Manoj has setup / realigned Internal Audit Department by aligning them professional standards and management expectations.

Manoj has implemented Risk Management Policy and setup the enterprise risk reporting framework, reported the risk level to board on a quarterly basis, provided risk mitigation strategies.

Manoj is a member of International Internal Audit Standard Board of IIA and Chairman of IIA India's Training committee
