This presentation is developed from the John Maxwell 17 Indisputable Laws of team building. I will introduce proven concepts to help you build and maintain successful teams. The principles have widespread application that is simple to grasp, retain, and put into action. Whether in marriage, athletics, or business, teamwork paves the way to success. What leaders can do in tandem with a great team far outpaces what they can accomplish on their own. Once one learns to rally the right people around a shared vision, his/her influence truly begins to take flight. This presentation has team building stories, exercises, and engaging videos.

This presentation is about communication. When we go into our work environments, there are extroverts, introverts, ambiverts, and just plain ole people. My training is going to help you to understand each personality type, and how to recognize different emotions. When you understand your emotions, can communicate them and how to recognize others, teams can work better together. Why you ask, well it's simple when we understand the elements we respect each more, because we have affective communication. Takeaways: How to Communicate in a Way that's Kind, Candid & Constructive Self-Awareness of Your Conflict Style and that of Your Peers

Not exactly positive, joy-filled culture material, however without accountability, things get stressful really fast. Subpar behavior or performance becomes normal, and accepted. Takeaways: Develop Camaraderie Break down of communication silos Character building
