Marie believes in organizational health as a way to build better workplaces. When we asked her for a bio, she said, "No one cares about my resume, all they care about is what we (Prime Alchemy) can do for them. Yes, I could tell you all about my twenty-plus years of experience in the field of executive team operations and process improvement, or that I am an employee values expert. Better yet, how many languages I speak or degrees I have. Three & two. But does that matter to you? Nope. What you want to know is that we can guide you and your team through the real question, "What, Now?" and build an internal brand that will promote your external one."
