The secret was about understanding the "Universal Sales Formula" that was never taught in any sales and marketing seminar that we attended. Furthermore, we realized that little changes to just a few sales elements of the formula were all it took to increase our sales. All without adding to our sales and marketing budget.
Today, the business is debt free (has always been since 2003) and all Equity Investor's money has been returned with perpetual dividends year on year since 2010.
