I am not here to sell a product. I share my mental health journey so others hopefully don’t experience what I did, and still manage. I know what it is like to not want to live, and I don’t want anyone else to feel that. Learn from my mistakes and from what I do to stay as healthy as I can. Be inspired and moved, but please don’t feel sorry for me. I am in a good place and use my experience to help others get there too.

I get asked a lot what is it like to live with PTSD, depression and anxiety. I detail the ins and outs, the good and the bad and what I do to keep myself functional.
Recovering from and living with the constant reminders and triggers that PTSD, depression and anxiety can be a difficult road to travel down. I talk about what I went through, how I was treated, what I changed, what I stopped doing, what I did more of and how I keep myself functioning well.
The growth that I have experienced post diagnoses is significant. All aspects of my life have been impacted, the vast majority in a significantly positive way. Finding purpose out of pain was important and I now have a heap of purpose.
