As a speaker, Mark will take you on practical, informative and engaging journey as he outlines the key steps, and the importance of incorporating a HEALTHY & ALIGNED TEAM MINDSET into your lives. Mark will use the MPT Method as the anchor for his discussions. The MPT Method has been co-created by Mark along with his business partner, Dr Carol McGowan, and in consultation with various leading global experts in psychology such as Professor Adam R Nicholls (author of Psychology of Sports Coaching). Mark’s talks are always a combination of complete audience engagement combined with step by step guides to demonstrate how to harness and use the power of mindset in goal setting and navigating the complex and often overwhelming paths we travel in life! You will be shown ways to implement the key techniques discussed in the session, as well as ways to measure success against them and also how to create a communication path that bridges the gap between those present in your day to day lives, and what Mark refers to as your “put crew” (the people who help make you you). Mark will demonstrate the power of the relationship that exists between MINDSET (underpinned by values), PERFORMANCE (underpinned by behaviours) and TEAM (underpinned by culture) and the influence each of those key elements have on each other and in the context of the results delivered by you & your support crew.
