I am a research scientist at TapRecruit, a platform that uses AI and automation tools to bring efficiency and fairness to the recruiting process. I am interested in reducing bias in decision-making by using a combination of computational linguistics, machine learning and behavioral economics methods.
I have a Ph.D. from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and a B.A. and B.Sc. from the University of Melbourne.
I give talks on natural language processing, data science and machine learning tools. I particularly enjoy speaking about our research on the language of career documents. I am also excited to speak about how skill sets (in particular industries) have changed in the last few years. If you’re interested in having me speak at your event, I'd love to hear from you!
