Bio

I am the President of MAXIMYZ. A revolutionary new social learning playground that takes your team to the next level by engaging newly learned skills in a fun and safe environment. We believe that learning communication skills should be simple, fun, continuous, and measurable.

Teams receive bite-sized chunks of education and then practice their newly learned skills while playing a fun and interactive brain-game puzzle solving adventure game together. Skills are assessed and they receive a report on their progress each time they play. It combines education, team building, and performance metrics.

We currently offer 3 critical areas of training: Psychological Safety, Personality Discovery, and Diversity & Inclusion. General Communication and Emotional Intelligence are coming soon!

HOW IT WORKS

In the game, you and your teammates will each receive a different set of information. You will only be allowed to describe what you see and think to your other teammates. You are encouraged to use the communication learnings while playing the game. Afterwards, we will review the video of the game and give you a report on your communication skills.

Psychological Safety

Google and Harvard both found that Psychological safety is the number one contributing factor to team performance.1 It’s about feeling comfortable and safe to speak your mind, share your thoughts, and voice your opinions to the team. High-performance teams create a safe and open space for this.

This course covers the basics of Psychological Safety and how to implement it. Teams will learn to be more open, courageous, accepting, encouraging, and patient.
