Matthew McLaughlin is a distinguished sales professional with over 16 years of experience in the SaaS, cloud, and AI industries. Born on March 23, 1982, in Manassas, Virginia, he cultivated a deep passion for technology and innovation from an early age. This enthusiasm paved the way for an impressive career trajectory that began with an academic foundation at Northern Virginia Community College, where he earned an Associate's degree in Science in 2003. Combining his educational background with an innate curiosity for emerging technologies, McLaughlin charted a path that has made him a leader in the ever-evolving tech landscape.

Matthew began his career at a pivotal time in the cloud computing industry, joining Dito, LLC, a company specializing in Google Cloud solutions, as one of its first employees. His initial role as a Google Apps Technical & Implementation Specialist allowed him to blend his technical expertise with exceptional problem-solving abilities. In this capacity, he guided businesses through the transition to Google’s cloud-based platforms, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption. By 2009, he had expanded his contributions, stepping into the Google Apps Change Management & Training Specialist role. In this position, he developed and delivered training programs that empowered organizations to fully leverage Google’s tools, earning widespread recognition for his ability to simplify complex technical concepts. His work during this period, which included collaborations with renowned organizations like Netflix, Franklin Covey, and the City of Los Angeles, exemplified his dedication to client success and adaptability across diverse industries.

In 2014, McLaughlin pivoted to a career in sales as a Google Cloud Account Manager at Dito. Here, he utilized his technical acumen to establish himself as a skilled business development and relationship management expert. Over the next three years, his contributions significantly impacted Dito’s growth trajectory. His work led to the acquisition of high-profile clients, bolstered revenue, and paved the way for his promotion to Vice President of Sales in 2018. He managed a team of 15 sales professionals in this leadership role, providing mentorship and strategic guidance. Under his direction, the team achieved remarkable milestones, including a 77% increase in customer acquisition in a single year. His innovative sales strategies and dedication to client value cemented Dito’s reputation as a trusted Google Cloud partner, with major clients such as Etsy, DocuSign, and HubSpot benefiting from his expertise.

In 2020, Matthew McLaughlin transitioned to Senior Google Cloud Account Executive, focusing on handling strategic, high-value deals. His exceptional negotiation skills came to the forefront when he secured a groundbreaking $33 million five-year contract renewal with Compass Real Estate—the largest deal in Dito’s history.
