Mel is a solopreneur. She is an advisor, mentor and coach to leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals all over the world in the subject of developing Modern Mindset. As the author of Modern Mindset Theory, Mel takes people on a journey that shows them WHO THEY ARE is more important than WHAT THEY DO. How building modern mindedness helps leaders, teams and entire organisations stay ahead of the game, resilient, positive and connected in the modern world.

Mel has worked with leaders across private enterprise, charity sector, health and social care, higher education, technology and government agencies for over 10 years helping them to go beyond Agile and think 'modern'. To go broader than Change management and Change Mindsets.

The Modern Mindset Framework is now an accreditation for project managers and change managers to humanise change and transformation.

Mel has as a mentor and coach in Modern Mindset for the United Nations and various government schemes in the UK to support start-up business owners to scale ethically and purposefully. Currently working with the UK government as a mentor and coach helping business owners scale to $10 million.
