It's no secret that it's challenging to establish your career as an underrepresented professional. We often doubt ourselves, make mistakes left and right, and figure things out as we go, but what if it didn't have to be this way? In Melba's talk 'Rising in the Workplace,' she helps audiences discover how to leverage their authentic and unique selves to build confidence, rise in their careers, and ditch imposter syndrome once and for all.
