Michael "Mr. Mirth" Bork is a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher, and he travels the world spreading his message of organizational happiness and the workplace benefits of happy employees through the use of laughter without the need or use of humor. He combines two decades of parks and recreation experience, a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, and expertise in the practice of Laughter Yoga to bring this innovative approach to workplace happiness and employee satisfaction. The audience will learn facts and statistics about why we laughter is important, how laughter benefits both the mind and body, why Laughter Yoga has proven to be so effective with organizations, and how to incorporate laughter in our daily work and life.

We will explore the plight of the poor balloon dog, voted by StressBurnout.com as "the most stressed creature in the world!*" By examining the life and troubles of the balloon dog, participants will gain a deeper understanding of what stress management means, and take away 5 practical steps to live with less stress in your work and life! *unlike the other statistics in this session, this one is completely made-up.
