This workshop comprises of two stand-alone but sequential sessions: (1) Making Sense of your People Puzzle and (2) DISC Advantage: Creating Effective Workplace Partnerships. The DISC model of human behavior provides a framework for understanding people - yourself and others. It is a proven tool for obtaining a new appreciation for our personality styles and their effect on our day-to-day lives.

In this new era of collaboration and constant change, more often than not we find ourselves struggling to get results but cannot understand why the results we seek seem so distant and unreachable. As a result, we resort to manipulation and scare tactics that often backfire. These principles present an opportunity to learn the building blocks of sustainable, effective leadership.

Connecting with others one-on-one or in groups improves your sense of community, increases your ability to create teamwork and skyrockets your influence. People who connect with others have better relationships and accomplish more things than those who cannot. Leaders who have learned the art of connection are able to communicate their ideas persuasively and attracting others to their cause.
