Michael Wallace initially got his start at an early age as a church musician. Over the course of time his love for music, basketball, and a new found one for business continued to grow. He achieved the dream of becoming a professional musician and playing college sports. Although he enjoyed these things he quickly realized that it was not the act of playing the sport or instrument that kept him drive and focused. He realized that his love for people is what pushed him to work hard daily.
Michael's first opportunity to speak was at the age of 17 for the Disrupt Milwaukee Conference 2017. The following year represented and as well M.C'd the conference. He went on to run or FBLA state president, and as well gave the commencement speech for the class of 2018. Fast forward to 2020 Michael launched his organization
Empowerment Academy.
Empowerment Academy is an organization in which the primary focus to encourage and push people to truly be the change that they want to see. Every week he give thought provoking lessons and monthly series that challenge the people to dig deeper. His end goal to ensure that people can see that can be the change that they want to see.
