About
I am an empath, traveler and wounded healer. I inspire people to follow their path of individuation.
Jungian analytical psychology
C G Jung said: There is no coming to consciousness without pain. People will do anything, no matter how absurd, in order to avoid facing their own Soul. One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious. Jungian psychotherapy focuses on the unconscious. The unconscious is seen as a deeper layer of our psyche and it is the origin of our motivations. Jung called these energies - archetypes. We are not aware of the vast majority of our motivations and that can get in the way. Unconscious fears and insecurities cause us to get in our own way. The unconscious is the basis from which our daily consciousness originates. In the child, consciousness and unconscious form a unity, but as we develop there is a separation between the two. This separation can be such that there is no longer any contact between our unconscious and our conscious. If our consciousness is cut off from our unconscious, we are also cut off from ourselves.
Family constellations
Constellations are a very powerful method of gaining insight into the sore spots and underlying patterns that are active within a (family) system. Recognizing these patterns helps solve specific blocks, freeing the systemic energy so that it can flow where it is needs to. A system is a group of people who are connected with one another, such as a family, an organization, a team, a group of friends or a sports club. Every system operates on certain principles. For proper functioning, systems rely on a number of principles. If these principles are not respected, the systemic balance is disturbed. The systemic principles are: 1. Balance – between giving and taking 2. Order – all places within the system are naturally ranked 3. Belonging – everyone deserves a place 4. Recognition of roots and history I talk about and guide groups using constellations, to reveal hidden treasures.
Wisdom of the body
Our body is our temple! Just like dreams, fantasies, projections are language of the subconscious, so is our body. What can our body sensations tell us about ourselves. In my presentations, no matter how many people, they are all invited to experience. When true transformation is wished for, we must experience for ourselves, we do not learn by reading about the theory, we learn by experiencing.
Your perspective matters!
