Monica Pampell is the President of PentaFit, LLC, a company specializing in innovative wellness programs for companies and organizations of all sizes. Ms. Pampell founded PentaFit in 2011 to apply her years of experience in personal training and nutritional counseling on a nation-wide scale. Ms. Pampell has assisted U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Industrial Minerals Association of North America, The American Red Cross, The Young President’s Organization Chapters, The American Heart Association, and The George Washington University, in the development of dynamic and results-driven wellness programs and events.
Ms. Pampell attended at the George Washington University, where she pursued a pre-medical program and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Biology. She then earned her Masters of Science in Exercise, Nutrition, and Eating Behavior, also from the George Washington University. She is a licensed Nutritionist, Villanova Certified Health Coach, Musculoskeletal Alignment Specialist, National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified PT, Pre-and Post-Natal Trainer, and a Running+Swimming+Triathlon coach.
In addition to her expertise in wellness and fitness, Ms. Pampell has a long-standing competitive passion for sport and has earned many accolades. She competed on the GWU Division I Swimming and Diving team, clocked the third best female half marathon time in the nation in 2014, placed among the top 20 women overall in the DC Marathon in 2015, and placed 3rd in the Nations Triathlon in 2015.
