For 10+ years, Monica has worked at SAP, fusing business intelligence, planning and predictive analytics. Her sweet spot is translating complex problems into actionable solutions.

As the founder of YOU WANNA DO WHAT?!, she empowers women of color to make more money using their existing skills.

Prior to building successful communities and businesses, Monica spent 15+ years in marketing working for companies like Citi, Verizon, and Deloitte. She's been featured in O Magazine, The Huffington Post, NPR, Business Insider and more.

She has spoken at TEDx, Time Magazine, Dreamers & Doers, Badassery, Tastemade, and more.
