Moshe Kahn was born in New York City and is an abstract painter. He started painting when he was just 7-years old, which set the stage for his later creative success. Moshe attended the Art Students League of New York and graduated from High School in that same city as well. After earning his degree at CUNY, he went on to do a residency with one major gallery in 2009 before moving back home to NYC where he currently lives today. Moshe has received many awards over the years for his work both locally here and abroad.
Moshe Kahn founded HASC (Hebrew Artists Social Community), where different types of artists can meet together, socialize, and share their experiences with each other. He organizes different engaging activities like painting in nature for his members.
Moshe Kahn HASC‘s founder is self-taught and has learned to paint by himself. However, he's one of the best abstract artists in the world because it doesn't matter what other people think about his art or compare him to others. He does not enjoy being compared or idolized either, which makes his work unique - like anything else that needs time and effort put into it!
