Generational Differences

Have you ever wondered why some people act like they do or say certain things or have certain view points?
Part of the reason could be due to the generation that they belong to. Our workplace is changing - each generation gets credit for their piece but also for the clash this brings.

This interactive and enjoyable session will look at the 5 generations currently in the workplace: Traditionalists, Boomers, Xers, Millennials, Gen Z

Nancy Gunter has led groups all over the United States in this educational and entertaining look at each generation. She will give your team a fresh perspective of each generation explaining the reasons, finding humor with each generational personality and ultimately changing the way your team members view those from a different generation. Participants will leave the session with more insight into what causes each generation to think differently to create a more cohesive work environment.

Millennials in CHARGE!

Ten years ago, the idea of talking about the generational differences that exist was not that popular…. But 10 years ago, the Millennials were not fully in the workforce! Today they are, and they are taking on leadership roles in many organizations.

With the Millennials comes change – in many areas.
This session will look at the Millennials in leadership and what they bring as well as what they are changing. We will also look at what makes Millennials tick and what that means to our understanding of work.

We will spend the last few minutes looking at Gen Z/Edge Generation to see how they are different and what the workplace may look like in the future.

Emotional Intelligence = Personal Leadership

Overview:
What is Emotional Intelligence?
Your ability to manage yours and others emotions to adapt to environments in order to achieve your goals.

Have you had someone say something to you and 15-20 minutes later you have the PERFECT comeback --- but they are already gone?
Have you ever said “yes”, when you meant to say “no”?
Have you ever seen someone lose control of a group or create a hostile situation because they didn't realize what was happening around them?

If you said YES to any of these, that is Emotional Intelligence - But, EI is so much more than just that....

Your personal leadership style is directly connected to your level of Emotional Intelligence (EI).
Regardless of what you have heard of EI this session will open your eyes to how you and every other person in the world is made up and why you (and they) do some of the things you do. 

Personal Brand

All of us have a brand, but it is up to us to either create our brand or have it created for us. Your Brand is who you are and what you want others to see in you.

What are you known for? What do people say when you are not in the room? What do you want others to think about you? All of this is critical to your brand.

In this session we will learn:
The 6 crucial steps to building your personal brand
How to tell when it is time to shake up your brand
Everything that contributes to your personal brand

Personal Board of Directors

How important is your success? If you had to put a percent of 0% to 100%, what percent would you put on that question? This is the question to ask yourself when you think about putting together a Personal Board of Directors.

This keynote will guide you in defining your Personal Board of Directors as well as how to get started and set yourself up for future success.
