Founder/CEO of LITE (Leadership Influencing Teen Empowerment):
Nathan has worked in the non-profit sector for over six years where he has founded the non-profit organization, LITE. Through LITE’s programs that Nathan developed, he is bringing leadership education into classrooms of various schools in Northeast Ohio. Personally, Nathan has reached over 2,000 youth with his programs in less than 3 years. Many of the students being reached are less likely to receive leadership education opportunities. Nathan believes in the equal opportunity for all youth to receive such a valuable skill.
International Leadership Trainer:
In 2014, Nathan experienced his first international leadership experience in Marin, California. The leadership course was a week long, STEM activity course with half of the students from California and the other half from China. In 2019, Nathan went to Yantai, China for 25 days to train, guide, and lead Chinese youth in a leadership course. Nathan also assisted in a public speaking course in China.

BSBA (Bachelors of Science in Business Administration) in General Management from Thomas Edison State University
MAOL (Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership) from Malone University.
Eagle Scout:
Nathan’s leadership journey began with the Boy Scouts of America where he earned his Eagle Scout at the age of 14. Nathan served in countless leadership positions from locally to nationally. These positions resulted in over 9 years of training, speaking, and leading national leadership courses with the Boy Scouts of America all across the country.
DTM (Distinguished Toastmaster) with Toastmasters International
Nathan has been active with public speaking since 2006. After joining Toastmasters in October of 2015, Nathan earned the highest award in Toastmasters (DTM) in less than three years in August of 2018. Less than 2% of all Toastmasters earn this award.
Akron Betterfellows Graduate: Class II from Heart to Heart Communication:
Nathan was selected and completed the Akron Betterfellows program designed to support leaders in the community working towards making Akron a better place.
2nd Degree Black Belt in Isshinryu Karate:
Nathan has over 15 years of martial arts experience. Martial Arts taught Nathan more than just self-defense. Martial Arts taught discipline, perseverance, respect, and so much more!
Soccer Coach: Nathan has been coaching youth soccer for 7 years. This volunteerism is enjoyable to train youth in soccer but to develop character as well.
