I don't speak from theory. I speak from a decade of building something real in some of the most challenging environments on earth. Every story I tell on stage is one I've lived, and I bring the same energy and passion to a talk that I bring to a race day. Working across four continents with communities actively changing their own futures has given me a genuinely optimistic view of what people are capable of, and that comes through in every session.
