Nicole Doss founded the Prestige Society (formally known as the Prestige Networking Group) in 2012 on the premise of creating a platform for women to build powerful networks and dominate in their industries both in their workplaces and in their own businesses. The Prestige Society, a membership organization, has seen significant growth from the once small group of friends- reaching-for-their-dreams which has now transitioned to a multi-state network of women executing their visions and connecting to forge relationships to prosper even greater. As a change management, instructional design and coaching professional, Doss enjoys helping women build and expand their professional brands.
Having spent over a decade building her career in human resources and professional development, Doss believes that women entrepreneurs are forced to wear the hat of CEO, CFO, HR, and every
other executive role when developing and operating their brands, but yet many women do not wear these hats in the 9-5’s they are working to fund their dreams. As a result, Doss utilizes her Masters in Instructional Design and Technology to create workshops and collaborative online groups to assist women in learning how to increase their business acumen and view their business from the appropriate lens enabling them to be financially viable and operationally sound.
Ensuring that women entrepreneurs everywhere are able to have access to key resources, Doss also created non-member platforms to help women in their entrepreneurial journeys including, an iHeart Radio Podcast, a blog with 7 contributing writers, workshops facilitated in areas where local chapters are located, as well as a Youtube channel.
