In a recent event, I delved into the transformative potential of Situational Agile Leadership, emphasizing its profound impact on organizational success. Leaders, as highlighted in our conversation, possess a unique opportunity to excel in the business realm by embracing a dynamic approach tailored to specific situations. Situational Agile Leadership revolves around adaptability – a leader's ability to navigate diverse challenges by tailoring their approach to the context at hand. The "Fireside Chat with Oyindamola Ossi" on October 21, 2023, in Ghana was a transformative event for me. Gathering with a diverse group of ambitious individuals, all aiming to ascend in their careers and reach boardroom positions, resonated deeply with my own professional journey. My mission was clear: to empower attendees like me with tools, knowledge, and inspiration to become the best versions of ourselves. The event featured thought-provoking presentations, engaging workshops, and Q&A sessions designed for the unique challenges faced by female career professionals in Ghana. A significant part of the event was my Group Coaching sessions, providing practical guidance tailored to each participant's specific career goals and challenges. This hands-on approach aimed to equip professionals like me with actionable strategies for success. Networking opportunities abounded, providing a platform for me to connect, exchange ideas, and build valuable relationships to further my career.

In 2020, I spoke about a topic titled "Are You Ready For the Post-Pandemic ‘War For Talent’?" I discussed the challenges posed by COVID-19 and the necessary preparations for the evolving job market. Organizations are currently in 'survival mode,' but the post-pandemic phase demands a shift to a 'run as fast as you can' model to bridge pandemic-induced gaps. I emphasized that the world won't return to the 'old normal,' requiring organizations to tap into highly skilled professionals for recovery and identifying new opportunities. The prevalence of remote jobs and digital technology has made the job market global, creating opportunities for talents like myself. I urged the audience to assess their readiness for the changing landscape and the wave of post-COVID-19 career opportunities. To thrive in the post-pandemic War for Talent, I stressed the importance of developing key competencies by acquiring new, relevant skills.
