She has a deep understanding of the issues and challenges faced by senior leaders, small business owners, and corporate executives who strive to become engaging and influential presenters in today’s upended business environment.
She works with C-Suite executives and leadership teams coaches them in preparation become powerful, persuasive presenters for onstage conference presentations, panel discussions, and AGM presentations.
In her coaching sessions, she acts as a neutral sounding board and provides another pair of eyes and ears to help her clients discover their authentic voice and message. In the process they develop the skills to communicate in a way that is engaging and makes an emotional connection with their audience.
Pamela has been a professional speaker for over 20 years and was awarded the Certified Speaking Professional designation by the National Speaker’s Association (USA). Currently there are less than 750 CSP’s worldwide.
She is a member of the Global Speaker’s Federation, the Asia Professional Speakers Singapore where she served as an EXCO Vice President and is a Founding Board Member of the PrimeTime Business and Professional Women’s Association Singapore.
She has a Singapore WSQ Advanced Certification in Training & Assessment (ACTA).
As a presentation consultant and coach, she works one-to-one, one-to-many through in-house training with clients across multiple industries such as private equity, asset management, pharmaceuticals, technology, and insurance.
She has helped thousands of individuals within companies across 13 countries to develop their executive presence, structure a clear, concise presentation message and deliver their thoughts and ideas with brevity and authority.
Pamela has been a resident of Asia for over 25 years and enjoys travelling the world for work and pleasure with her husband John.
