Who I am, what I believe and what I do...
I am a motivational speaker and coach. I give presentations, workshops and personal coaching geared to men and women in their forties and fifties who like to have control over their personal and professional life.
I strongly believe that there is no such thing as an automatic connection between an aging body and a decline in health. Keeping up with the changes in our body and mind and the world around us is doable for everybody and even a responsibility to those who depend on us.
In our fast-paced society, many people feel often overwhelmed and stressed due to the many obligations and distractions. At one point they become aware of their vanishing possibilities for self-fulfilment and realize that if they don’t strike out now, they may never get that chance again.
I help men and women who are ready and open to change to get physically, mentally and emotionally in the best possible condition to take advantage of opportunities the moment they arise allowing them to create the life they desire for themselves and for their loved ones.
I share easy to understand tools and techniques people can immediately implement into their lives and reap the benefits from, together with strategies to avoid pitfalls and falling off the wagon ever again.
The result will be the feeling of satisfaction that comes with consistently strengthening one’s skills and capabilities related to aspects of life such as overall health and well-being, work, relationships and finances.

Born and raised in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, I currently live with my wife and three children in Ontario, Canada and consider the world to be my home.
With years of experience as an entrepreneur in the real estate, leisure and older adult fitness/health industry, as trainer/coach and as the author of "Brain and Body Fit after Forty it is my passion to share my knowledge and create the sparks that support lasting lifestyle changes.
