Patrick helps you apply design thinking for strategy and innovation by working with your teams with new tools, skills and mindset. This results in design and implementation of new strategy, innovation, value propositions and revenue streams.
His new book Design a Better Business will be published in September 2016.
Patrick challenged the traditional publishing business model through a Self Published Crowdfunded Business Book “Business Model Generation” (BMG) in cooperation with Alex Osterwalder, Yves Pigneur, Alan Smith and Tim Clark. BMG was crowdsourced and -funded in 2009 by a community of 470 co-creators from 45 countries. At the moment more than a million copies have been sold worldwide and the book is translated into 30 languages.
Patrick also introduced a new business model for consulting with his company Business Models Inc. No more hourly rates, no more reports or unclear deliverables. Business Models Inc. delivers business model options and additional revenue by a clear format through co-creation with clients, visualizing instead of writing and delivery of business results.
