About
Patti brings lived experience, not theory, to every stage. She tells stories people recognize, shares tools they can use, and creates space for honest connection. This is the kind of work that doesn’t just land — it sticks. Audiences leave with a stronger sense of who they are and how to move forward, even in the middle of challenge.

When life says no—through diagnosis, disruption, or unexpected change—people are often encouraged to push harder or “bounce back.” This keynote reframes 'NO' as information rather than failure, offering a practical way to recalibrate identity, pace, and expectations. Audiences gain clarity and direction when the original plan no longer fits. Best for: Associations, organizations, and conferences navigating change, burnout, or transition
Resilience is frequently misunderstood as endurance at all costs. This session offers a more sustainable approach rooted in self-awareness, compassion, and truth. By addressing invisible challenges and reducing pressure to perform, participants learn to build resilience that supports long-term well-being without pretending everything is fine. Best for: Educators, leaders, helping professionals, and wellness-focused events
Awkwardness is often framed as something to overcome, yet for students it is often where growth begins. This high-energy, story-driven keynote normalizes discomfort, builds confidence, and encourages showing up without waiting to feel ready. Awkward moments are reframed as signs of courage and belonging rather than inadequacy. Best for: College students, high school seniors, first-year experience programs, and student leadership events
