My coaching journey started when I got into entrepreneurship and registered my first company in Zimbabwe in 2000. The passion for entrepreneurship was planted in me in 1995, when I attended a Bill Gates conference at the launch of Windows 95 in Las Vegas. Since owning a company in 2000, I experienced many challenges along the way as I had little experience though with a burning spirit for entrepreneurship. For several years I went to UAE, UK, USA, South Africa and parts of Africa to do business, however the issues kept piling.

The resultant frustrations led me to start asking myself many questions e.g. Am I doing the right things in life? What is my purpose in life? Am I aligned with my purpose or not? Why am I not fulfilled? What was I born for?

I went on a journey of research and further study about LIFE. I attended life coaching training as well as Theology courses, engaged with PeopleKeys USA, consulted with Dr John Stanko of Purposequest International USA. It was at this point that I realised I was not operating in line with the assignment that I was born for so I started digging into discovery of my life purpose, to know more about myself and to live it. The experience exposed me to a lot of tools, techniques and processes for “self-mastery” and becoming fulfilled in life. It is this knowledge and experience that I want to share with others across the globe as a Coach.

Through this I was able to be convinced that without knowledge of PURPOSE challenges in life can be perpetual

I am a certified and registered Project Management Professional and Engineer with 25 years’ experience managing complex projects and programs in converged networks, network security, virtualization, web applications, eCommerce solutions, Data center facilities with a passion for Business and Digital Transformation projects.

I use PMBoK, Agile, Six Sigma, SDLC for end-to-end management involving strategy, business requirements analysis, designs, plans, execution, benefits, test and release. This accelerates delivery of projects and helps businesses to quickly maximize return on investment.

Sectors that I covered are Energy (generation and distribution), Banking, Insurance, Freight, Postal, ICT consulting and Public sector, with a background in automation. I am also a registered Coach and Mentor able to motivate teams to perform most productively.
