After working in Hollywood for over 20 years for National television shows, major sporting events, film productions and even eSports events, I've learned some tricks to find work. I've learned how to get a foot in the door and not just land a job, but how to have jobs call you. Whether just starting out as a new career or wanting a change the old one, there are steps to find work Networking can take place in various forms. My career in Entertainment has taken me to some amazing stages and shows all form networking. Finding work in Hollywood can be hard, but there are definitely ways to get your name to the real person hiring. I'll talk about my personal experiences of finding work. From working at the NFL, Dr. Phil to Directing a TV Pilot & Producing a Feature Film. From being at a Union Member to becoming a Union Board of Directors member. Today's world is more than just dropping your resume off.
