Paula is an international motivational speaker and relationship coach - Inspiring, motivating and touching people’s lives is her passion.

She is an advocate for healthy relationships at home and in the workplace, mental health and gender based violence.

Paula is the author of two self-help guides: Embracing Conflict and Embracing No.

She has consulted to ‘Married at First Sight SA’ TV show, is listed as a Relationship Expert on The Essential Workshops in the Netherlands and regularly appears in the media on relationship topics.
